Kudo Care Concierge Membership

Call today for information and to sign up for our Kudo Care Concierge Membership. It is available for all ages with special discounts available for each additional family member. For a one-time activation fee and a low monthly fee, membership will provide access to all three specialties (medical, dental, and vision) and include preventive care visits such as dental cleanings, routine eye exams and a full yearly physical exam including routine labs.
